How long does the rental last?

You can enjoy our dress rental service for a maximum period of 5 days. If you need to keep it for a longer period, please inform us at the time of booking, and an additional fee will be applied for the rental extension. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing our services.

What happens if I return the dress late?

If you encounter difficulty in returning the dress by the agreed date, please notify us immediately. The dress may have been reserved by another customer, and your delay could affect their event. Normally, we can tolerate a delay of 1-2 days if it does not inconvenience other customers. However, in case of further delay or if damages affect other customers, a penalty may be applied. What happens if the dress gets stained or damaged?

Please inform us immediately of any damages found on the rented dress. If the damage is minor, such as loose hems or detached buttons, don't worry: we will take care of repairing the dress as it is included in our rental service.
However, if the damage is more severe, such as tears, burns, or difficult stains, we will conduct a thorough assessment and inform you of the cost for restoration. Your cooperation is crucial to ensure that every customer can fully enjoy our high-quality services.

Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
To ensure the quality and longevity of our rented dresses, please do not wash or sanitize them yourself. This service is already included in our rental and will be professionally and meticulously handled by us.
If you were to wash the dress yourself, you could risk damaging it, which may result in an additional penalty for any caused damages. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave this task to us to ensure that the dresses remain in perfect condition for all our customers.
